Brooke Jenkins

Professional Biography

Brooke Jenkins is an Extension Specialist with the Kentucky Nutrition Education Program, specializing in community outreach and education. In her current role, she leads nutrition education curriculum development and instructional design for limited resource adults and youth, which is used in communities across Kentucky and nationally. Her interests include delivering impactful programming, supporting professional development for staff and volunteers, and fostering strong community partnerships. She has experience in program evaluation, budget management, federal grant development, and strategic program planning.
